Terms and Conditions

1. I reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Disrespect of any kind to myself or other customers.
• Exploitation of warranty policy. I.e. Wilfully damaging products in order to get a refund or exchange
• Unlawful conduct.

2. All products come with a transferable lifetime warranty against unacceptable manufacturer defects. No proof of purchase is required. Unacceptable defects include;

• Improperly sewn stitches, such that they come undone from minimal use, or are piled up.
• Improper product dimensions that cause the product to not function as intended
• Products that have signs of significant wear out of the box.

None of that should ever be an issue. All products are inspected for quality control during assembly and prior to shipping. I take pride in my work and would never send substandard products out.

3. I will always strive to provide the best service possible. That being said, companies are run by people. Sometimes people make mistakes. I might accidentally provide incorrect information, ship the wrong order or product to the wrong person or address, sometimes my website might go down. In the event that this happens, I'll make it right and compensate you appropriately for the nature and scale of the mistake.

4. The ASI logo, web imagery, and product designs are intellectual property of Above Standard Issue Solutions. They may not be copied or otherwise appropriated for commercial use.

5. I reserve the right to disable user accounts and/or block users that misbehave on the company social media pages.

6. Lead times will apply to all custom work and made to order items. Order cancellations on custom work are non refundable and made to order items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

7. All products that are available for purchase are in stock and ready to ship, with the exception of made to order items. I am not a drop shipper, I do not accept back orders or pre-orders. Orders that are paid for will be shipped as fast as possible, within a maximum of 5 business days, unless otherwise stated. I am a person with a life and other jobs that may preclude me from shipping orders within that time frame.
