2. All products come with a transferable lifetime warranty. I will repair or replace the item in question but will not refund unless it meets the criteria of my refund policy.
The goal is to provide support to the customer for the life of the product. The things I make are made to last.

3. I will always strive to provide the best service possible. That being said, I might accidentally provide incorrect information, ship the wrong order or product to the wrong person or address, my website might go down. In the event that this happens, I'll make it right and compensate you appropriately for the nature and scale of the mistake.
4. The ASI logo, web imagery, and product designs are intellectual property of Above Standard Issue Solutions. They may not be copied or otherwise appropriated for commercial use.
5. Lead times will apply depending on the order size/contents. Custom orders are non refundable.
6. I use a living design philosophy for my products, which means I am constantly working to improve them. The products will never be fundamentally changed but small changes will be made to improve fit and function, make production easier, or cheaper. This will always be reflected in the product descriptions on the site, but updated product photos will take longer.
