Terms and Conditions

1. I reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Disrespect of any kind to myself or other customers.
• Malicious exploitation of my warranty policy, including but not limited to willfully damaging products in order to get a refund or exchange.
• Unlawful conduct.

2. All products come with a transferable lifetime warranty against unacceptable manufacturer defects. I will repair or replace the item in question at my discretion, but will not refund unless it meets the criteria of my refund policy.

No proof of purchase is required. Unacceptable defects include;

• Improperly sewn stitches, such that they come undone under normal use.
• Improper product dimensions that cause the product to not function as intended
• Products that have signs of wear out of the box.

None of that should ever be an issue. All products are inspected and tested for quality control during assembly and prior to shipping. I take pride in my work and would never send substandard products out.

That being said, acceptable defects include stitching that doesn't look pretty, or isn't perfectly straight. I am currently using a consumer grade machine to make all my products. Sometimes it really doesn't like sewing through 6 layers of material. However I have full confidence that these will still hold under hard use, having used my own products extensively. This will be rectified when I upgrade to an industrial grade sewing machine. 

3. I will always strive to provide the best service possible. That being said, companies are run by people. Sometimes people make mistakes. I might accidentally provide incorrect information, ship the wrong order or product to the wrong person or address, sometimes my website might go down. In the event that this happens, I'll make it right and compensate you appropriately for the nature and scale of the mistake.

4. The ASI logo, web imagery, and product designs are intellectual property of Above Standard Issue Solutions. They may not be copied or otherwise appropriated for commercial use.

5. All products are made to order. Lead times will apply depending on the order size/contents. Custom orders are non refundable. 

6. I offer a bulk unit order discount of 20% on select products. This includes Slings, Scrim Kits, Belts, Paracord Bracelets, Buckle Repair Kits and Patches. In some cases, I may extend the discount to other products on a case by case basis. Payment is accepted via e-transfer to the same email. Bulk orders have a $2000 minimum, of any combination of eligible products. Shipping is free.
