I develop, produce and distribute all of my own products, some of which are based on existing designs that have proven success, with some original designs. I will also sell the components I use for those interested in DIY projects once I start buying them in larger bulk quantities.
The only discount I offer is the email sign-up discount. All of my products are priced as low as possible, all year round. There simply isn't any room in my profit margin for sales. I intend to lower my prices whenever possible, as opposed to squeezing every last penny I can out of my customers like most other companies in this industry do.
Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
No, and you never will. Adding middlemen increases costs, which you have to pay, such as additional freight, packaging, bar codes, plus an added profit margin so they can get a cut. I do not have a brick and mortar commercial space for the same reason.
Yes, I fully stand by my products and have modelled my warranty policy after those of industry leading brands. Reference the warranty policy in my Terms of Service.
For the most part, yes. I outsource what I can't do or what is worth paying an expert to do. I do this to keep my costs and prices low. When demand begins to outstrip my production output, I will hire employees to help with production.
