I develop, produce and distribute all of my own products, some of which are based on existing designs that have proven success, with some original designs.


I offer a 10% discount to select units through their unit sales rep. I also offer 10% off at my own discretion on a case by case basis. I do not have seasonal or clearance sales.


Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.


No. There are added costs and requirements to list products for sale at other retailers. While this would likely result in more sales, it would result in a higher cost borne by the customer. 


Yes, I fully stand by my products and have modeled my warranty policy after those of industry leading brands. Reference the warranty policy in my Terms of Service.


For the most part, yes. I outsource what I can't do or what is worth paying an expert to do. I do this to keep my costs and prices low.
